The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership abilities and excellent communication
Technical leadership with hands-on architecture to drive innovation across our e-commerce platforms
Lead the technical direction for one of our distributed engineering teams (30+ engineers) across Europe and the USA, building cutting-edge solutions for major brands while ensuring optimal performance and scalability
7+ years of front-end development experience with proven architectural experience leading 3+ person teams
Expert-level knowledge of Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript
Deep understanding of server-side rendering, edge computing, and modern web architecture
Expertise in performance optimization, including CDN configuration and Core Web Vitals
Strong knowledge of TypeScript and build tooling
Experience with utility-first CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, shadcn UI)
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Vercel)
Confident level of English (at least upper-intermediate to handle all communications).

Experience with analytics implementations (Google Analytics, GTM)
Knowledge of authentication solutions (NextAuth.js)
Familiarity with headless CMS platforms
Experience with composable commerce architecture.
