Responsibilities:
— campaign Management: deploy, and optimize advertising campaigns
Research & Analysis:
— conduct market/competitor research to be leveraged in the execution of campaigns;
— analyse conversion data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns to meet agreed upon CPA targets and ROI goals;
— testing: Aggressively A/B test ad copies and funnels to maximize CTRs and ROIs;
— Business Development: Independently identify and present new campaign opportunities to appropriate stakeholders;
— optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix;
— ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately.
We believe that our ideal candidate has:

— proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role in digital marketing;
— good knowledge of affiliate marketing (Facebook and Google preferably) and experience with tracking platforms and campaign optimization;
— ability to manage high budgets with the focus on performance KPIs;
— good understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies;
— basic familiarity with analytic and reporting tools;
— industry knowledge: solid understanding of how online display and search advertising works.
