Wallet Factory, one of the leading financial services developers is inviting talented professionals to join the team as a Product department CTO in our Kyiv office. This position is created to connect business and technical needs, to help our platform improve, grow and take over the financial market. It requires a high level of technical expertise in finance and managerial skills.

Does this relate to you?
5+ years of development team leadership as CTO or VP of engineering
3+ years of financial systems development (PHP or JS)
Hands-on experience of setting up development processes
Advanced experience with: SOLID, KISS, MVC and other contemporary practices
Excellent knowledge of SDLC
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies: Kanban and Scrum
Working skills with GitLab, SSH, Jira / Confluence, Slack
Strong knowledge of Gitflow, Unix stack, SQL, REST API
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Conflict tolerance, problem-solving and quick decisions making skills
CSM or PMI-ACP Certified

It will be a plus:
Fintech architecture experience
Upper-Intermediate English level

What is the purpose of this position?
Areas of responsibility:
Platform development team management
Keeping team within SDLC
WF internal product: base MFS platform
Internal product improvement strategy and its’ implementation
Communication to other departments

Your tasks will include:
Agile routines management: Standups, Grooming, Retrospectives
Kanban board management
Tasks estimations and review
Backlog management
Help to team members
Hiring / dismissing team members
Team performance monitoring and reporting
Team members motivation
Maintaining team capacity
Team coaching and mentoring
Product improvement and description
Control over the tasks so platform and it’s demo meets business requirements
