Requirements:
— 2+ years experience in IT recruitment;
— Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
— Practical experience with candidate assessment using various interviewing strategies;
— Market knowledge;
— An existing network (your own) of specialists;
— Excellent communication skills (both writing and speaking);
— Upper intermediate English;
Necessary soft skills:
— Result-orientation and attention to detail;
— Able to handle multitasking effectively;
— Presentation skills;
— Stress resistance and optimism;
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
You’ll be responsible for recruiting the best specialists to make our teams even cooler!
In other words — you’ll manage the full cycle of recruiting process.
— Candidate search and selection using all possible tools;
— Negotiations with potential candidates, conducting interviews with candidates;
— Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes;
— Gather feedback and conclusions regarding the candidates based on the results of the interviews;
— Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
— Monitoring recruitment process identifying areas for improvement;
— Job offer preparation;
HR management:
— HR administration (internal documentation);
