· Processing of customer billing data to the MobilityCentral platform.
· Organizing and scheduling of daily processing tasks for over 500 customer invoices.
· Management of automation vendors and services to ensure efficient and secure delivery of customer data.
· Identification of data quality issues and working with internal engineering and carrier support teams through resolution.
· Working with customer success and implementation teams to establish carrier access for customers and to communicate any issues as they arise.
