— Python (web development) > 3 years
— Deep knowledge of the Django (Rest) framework
— Experience building clean and robust RESTful API’s
— Database design RD, NoSQL and Search engines like Elastic Search
— You should know these buzz words: agile, scrum, TDD, BDD, clean code, patterns, ci, etc.
— Understanding of modern front-end architecture. We use React on Front-end and we have separated JavaScript team.
— DevOp skills: AWS, Docker, Deployment, and CI
— Nice to have: team leadership experience, Interests in ML, AI and other cool tech stuff
— English language skills (at least B2)

We are looking for a lead engineer with > 3 years of Python (Django) development experience to take responsibility in an exciting startup environment. You will be responsible for the whole backend development process starting with implementing new features, doing code reviews, taking care of the continues integration, deployment and so on.
The product we are building is not a next e-commerce or food startup, but an idea with a clear need and already good working business behind. We are building the future of HR. The company is about three years old and already has several paying customers. What we need now is a skilled, motivated tech team. We are building strong, interdisciplinary teamwork among development, business intelligence, marketing, and operations. We are open to new technologies and we use them whenever it makes sense. You will work in an agile environment with flat hierarchies.
