5+ years of experience in project management
Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
Team leadership skills
Ability to manage high complexity projects and work in multinational environment
Advanced written and spoken English

Excellent communication and presentation skills, proactive and analytical mindset
Client management and relation management skills, customer focus
In-depth experience with identifying and understanding user and business needs
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Project planning and implementation
Maintain project plans, including schedule and project timeline, team plans, etc.
Meet targets, criteria within the project
Design solution on delivering the project
Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time
Lead and motivate project team, coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget
Project cost management
Develop and maintain strong business relationships
Cooperate and coordinate with other departments, third-party subcontractors, satisfy needs of different stakeholders over the project lifecycle
