Необхідні навички

Excellent communication and presentation skills
3+ years of experience in interaction with international customers
2+ countries as customer’s origins is a big advantage
Experience with analyzing the operational flow of existing products and identifying areas in need of improvement is desirable
Collaboration skills and a proven ability to work with domain and technical experts to understand problems and propose solutions
Understanding of ITIL methodology: processes of incident, problem, change management
Knowledge of SQL and XML is highly desirable: have to be acquired at least up to Jun level
Strong attention to details
Advanced written and verbal English, any other language is a big plus
Bachelor or MSc degree in computer science, finance, or related field
Ability to go to Sweden for a year

Обов’язки

Working with end-users to understand their needs and find the solution how it could be implement within the software
Clarifying use cases and scenarios on demand during product implementation & maintenance, ensuring any blockers, and proposing alternate solutions when necessary
Participating in business testing of interim releases and giving feedback to the development teams
Collecting and collating feedback from business users
Other duties as assigned

Miratech is looking for an Application Manager who will take care of full cycle of application life on customers’ side. Application provides smart solutions for hard cash: account management, accounts receivable, invoice purchasing, factoring and debt collection — all-in-one or standalone.

You will work in a multicultural environment with talented colleagues in several European countries both on-site and when going to business trips.
