Job Description

We are looking for a Trainee/Intern IT Researcher to join our Global Recruitment Team and start your journey in international IT recruitment.

At Miratech, you’ll have the opportunity to work on building global tech teams and explore the world of talent acquisition across 25+ countries. Every day brings new challenges — from searching for IT specialists in Europe and India to discovering talent markets in Latin America or Canada.

As an IT Researcher, you’ll be a key part of our recruitment team, helping us find and connect with talented IT professionals worldwide. You’ll dive into market research, explore new sourcing channels, identify potential candidates, and contribute to building strong talent pipelines for our global projects.

We offer plenty of opportunities to grow within the company, continuous learning, and full support during your onboarding journey. You’ll work closely with an experienced Recruiter, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills in IT talent sourcing.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated person who is eager to learn, take initiative, and become a valuable part of our team while growing together with us.

Qualifications:

• Completed IT Recruitment courses or minimal relevant experience.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (flexible schedule available for students).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset and creativity with “out-of-the-box” thinking to identify new sourcing strategies and attract top talent.

Daily Scope of Work:

• Actively search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements using multiple channels: LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, internal database, job boards, and social networks.
• Conduct CV screening, manage candidate profiles in SmartRecruiters, and keep all information up to date.
• Initiate contact with potential candidates (including “cold” outreach) and build initial engagement.
• Conduct market analysis, research, and prepare reports and presentations to support hiring decisions.
• Maintain, structure, and expand internal recruitment databases and related reports.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.
