Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn.
This role will provide crucial administrative support to Project Managers and the Program Manager, assisting in company internal processes, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
We want someone who in a year will show enough potential to outgrow this role.

A key requirement for this position is having technical (programming) skills to be able to support small internal initiatives within the PMO to increase independence from development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of project and services management activities, resources, and budget control
  • Develop and maintain project and services documentation, invoices, plans, and reports
  • Creation of managerial presentations and reports in MS PowerPoint
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate program portfolio status to all participants, plan and arrange meetings, minutes keeping, and follow-ups
  • Cooperating with customers, vendors, and other departments to effectively resolve program needs
  • Coordinating the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution
  • Problem Solving: Addressing issues that arise and working with the team to find solutions
  • Organizing and facilitating meetings, including setting agendas, and documenting meeting minutes
  • Identifying opportunities for internal process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance program/project/service efficiency
  • Supporting in the team members onboarding / offboarding processes

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience with the coordination of project and services management activities
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics or Management
  • Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint and excellent presentation design skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivots tables, data analysis, etc.)
  • English level: B1 or higher
  • Familiarity with MS M365 platform (SharePoint, Teams)
  • Excellent self-management, planning, organizational and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines, readiness for flexible work schedules
  • Perfect communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team
