We’re looking for a dynamic Recruiting Manager to join our growing team and play a strategic role in shaping our global talent acquisition efforts. In this position, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders, lead high-impact hiring initiatives, and mentor a team of passionate recruiters and sourcers.
You’ll be hands-on with senior-level recruiting when needed, and take ownership of designing and executing talent strategies across departments and regions. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution, and loves developing people along the way.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and own our talent attraction strategy in collaboration with business unit leaders.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, keeping them informed and aligned throughout the recruitment process.
- Mentor and support the recruitment team, helping them grow professionally while fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Take the lead on sourcing and hiring for senior-level roles, from strategy to execution.
- Continuously improve internal recruitment processes, using data to guide better decision-making.
- Contribute to recruitment and HR projects aligned with broader business goals across our globally distributed team.
- Perform and carry out other duties as may be reasonably required given the purpose of the role.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within international environments or top recruitment agencies.
- Strong knowledge of IT industry trends and talent market dynamics (Europe, India and the US market).
- Fluent English skills (B2+ or higher).
- A confident, business-minded communicator who can influence at all levels.
- A multitasker who can prioritize, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- A supportive leader who knows how to build trust, inspire team spirit, and resolve team needs with empathy.
