Miratech is looking for a Support Engineer (L1-L2 ) to join our team, who will help us working on the users technical support.
L1 support including:
Maintenance of user workstations, telephony, peripheral and mobile devices; installation, commissioning, connection, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairing.
Installation of OS, other software, troubleshooting.
Processing of Service Desk requests.
L2 support including:
Connect (POAS) — adding/removing users, access control, troubleshooting (mainly via CMS), backup control.
1C (Candy, Payroll, ComSales) — adding/removing users, access control, troubleshooting, backup control — all at the level of MS database, access to servers.
M.E.Doc — adding/removing users, access control.
Ticket control and escalation if necessary.
Backup of QisX and 1C systems — backup control of MS databases, troubleshooting, if necessary.
English — strong Pre-Intermediate
location — Kyiv. hybrid work: periodic in the office, periodic remotely
