Miratech is hiring a Recruiting Manager. This is not a regular recruiting position, but a key strategic role, essential to bringing our hiring processes to the next level.
This role is about
- Launching and building business processes from scratch,
- Setting up qualification criteria for future employees,
- Adding value to the communication with top management,
- Driving our recruiting process in the non-technical domain direction.
The Recruiting Manager must have deep expertise in evaluation methods and systems for scoring candidates for non-technical roles of different seniority levels and will help the hiring managers to set up qualification criteria for future employees and coordinate the end-to-end hiring process.
Our challenging responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing successful recruitment, selection, and assessment strategies
- Setting up communication strategies with hiring managers to build an effective assessment of candidates by understanding the skills and the background required
- Working alongside top managers, regularly updating them about the status of recruitment processes
- Building and managing a team of recruiters and researchers in nontechnical domains with a geographically distributed approach
- Advising on market trends and skills
- Creating, reviewing, and updating recruitment processes to ensure the best practices are followed
- Screening resumes and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers for C-level roles
- Following up on the interview process status
- Working with ATS and management documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, including worldwide hiring
- 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Manager/Team Supervisor
- Work experience with C-level non-technical roles
- Fluent in English
- Client-oriented approach with the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders
- Proven record of delivering results and meeting deadlines
- Experience in building KPI strategy for the recruiting team
- Strong business acumen and a high degree of work ethic
- Experience in building candidates’ evaluation strategies for non-technical roles with different seniority levels
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Being detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a geographically distributed team
