Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Operation assistance to PMO Head
  • Support and update Project office documents workflow
  • Preparation of minutes, following up on action points, and collecting updates
  • Regular internal reporting
  • Everyday support of the projects

Qualifications

  • MS/BS degree, preferable in Technical and/or Economics Science
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills
  • Accuracy, logical thinking
  • Ability to analyze information and propose issue solutions quickly
  • Tactfulness, ability to work with confidential information
  • Good English, Russian, Ukrainian
  • Readiness to work overtime and weekends
