Miratech is looking for a Senior Project Manager with 5+ years of project management background to join our vigorous team. We are growing up, receiving new projects and welcoming new team members!

Role description:
Our new project manager will have a dual responsibility and accountability: projects have to be successful, executed within budget constraints, and as PM dedicated to a client, he will be responsible for the continuous delivery of tasks observing the time and resource constraints. He/She will be involved in managing several client’s projects from the EU or the USA

Qualifications:
— 5+ years of experience in project management
— Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
— Experience in managing external projects with foreign customers involvement
— Ability to manage high complexity projects and work in a multinational environment
— Upper-Intermediate written and spoken English
— Excellent communication and presentation skills, proactive and analytical mindset
— Client-management and customer-relation management skills
— In-depth experience with identifying and understanding business needs
— Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
— Based on the customer, may be required to shift working hours closer to North American schedule (EST or CET)

— Creation of project plan and project budget that align with Miratech standards and goals.
— Regular, timely, and comprehensive reporting of the projects’ progress.
— Estimation of resources and timelines necessary for completing assigned tasks in cooperation with sourcing and allocating resources to projects.
— Observing the adherence to the communicated timelines and taking corrective actions as and when necessary.
— Liaising with customer IT and business on their goals and consulting on ways to achieve those.
— Being responsible for the change and quality management within the assigned projects.
— Providing advice during the course of IT operations on industry best practices in this field.
— Monitoring team performance, establishing a feedback loop and maintaining team spirits.
— Be a point of escalation for the team, both internally and externally, and control issue resolution.
— Proactive identification of any risks to the assigned projects and taking actions on elimination or mitigation of those.
