Необхідні навички

— Wide set of HR-related skills
— A minimum 5 years HR Administration or people management. Comprehensive knowledge of main HR procedures, HR paper work, policy implementation and staff supervision. Experience with international HR administration issues will be a plus
— Well versed with Labor & Immigration Laws
— Knowledge in C&B, employee communication
— Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and flexibly
— Excellent written/verbal communication skills
— Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast pace and dynamic environment
— HR systems development experience as plus.
— Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent education and/or experience. HR Certification is advantage
— Upper-intermediate level of English as must

Обов’язки

— Provide guidance and leadership to subordinate team to support service delivery and ensure consistency within the business needs for high-touch support of key moments that matter throughout the employee life cycle;
— Develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures;
— Organize and control HR processes in accordance to local legislation (both Ukraine and foreign jurisdictions) requirements and corporate policies ( background checks, on-boarding, relocations, leaves, GDPR compliance, etc.);
— Close co-operation with HR/Payroll/Insurance/Immigration providers in company’s foreign entities (including organization of comprehensive bidding process to find a new supplier);
— Interact with Direct Managers and Team Leads regarding employees personal issues;
— Act as a trusted resource to managers and employees on a wide variety of human resources topics including corporate policy and procedures interpretation (benefits, grades, sick leaves, vacation, etc.);
— Manage benefits (medical insurance, pension funds, etc) to ensure the company remains a competitive employer in the local market (both Ukraine and foreign jurisdictions), working with the Finance team to accurately budget and forecast. Lead the salary survey process.
