Experience with Networking protocols;
Knowledge of the principles of construction and operation of networks (OSI network model, understanding the principles of network protocols and services);
Basic systems administration skills (Windows, Linux);
Knowledge of RDBMS (at least one of the following: Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, PgSQL) + basic SQL;
Spoken English (Intermediate+);
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering;
Result oriented attitude and problem-handling skills;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, proactive and analytical mindset;
Ability to travel and spend up to 30% of time in business trips -Europe, USA

Обов’язки

Be the direct point of technical contact to provide high quality consultancy for Genesys solutions to customers
Installation, troubleshooting and support of Genesys products
Automation of deployment and migration tasks
Contribute to the Genesys contact center switchover to production state
Taking part in environment architecture planning, automation of continuous delivery, optimization of existing structure, securing existing environments, supporting, consulting
Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management
Build, maintain, and monitor configuration standards
