3+ years of experience in IT Project Management;
2+ years demonstrated experience applying ITIL methodology;
Experience in business, systems, and engineering process modeling
Experience with conducting workshops and other interactive sessions;
Advanced written and spoken English
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment.
Knowledge in collection area is a big plus

Be a single point of contact and knowledge holder of almost all process are being used within the engagement
Provides the guidance and coaching for new project members both from IT and business customer side
Be a key driver of process implementation and/or modification
Validates quality of processes’ following in projects
Monitors the results and composes reports
Plays role of Product Owner for set of tools which are using for process automation, amongst other Jira, Confluence etc.
Identifies and evaluates key risk areas and recommend improvements
Escalates impediments if any
