3+ years of experience in the IT industry.
Experience in support of financial applications.
Technology: SQL, PowerShell, Windows administration, XSLT
Knowledge of C#, or any other programming languages is a plus.
Knowledge of ITIL /DevOps is a plus.
Experience in operational work (business applications administration & maintenance, help desk, problem management).
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus
Bachelor or MSc degree in computer science, math, or related field.
Soft-skill: comfortable dealing with multiple languages and international customers.
Good problem-solving skills, solution-oriented attitude, self-going.
Customer orientation, willingness to provide good customer service.
Advanced written and spoken English

— Clarifying use cases and scenarios on demand during product implementation and maintenance, ensuring any blockers and proposing alternate solution when necessary
— Provide application operations, user support & startup trainings, events management, incident and problem resolution, maintenance and requests fulfillment.
— Provide change requests processing as well as minor software upgrades and bugfixes implementation.
— Manage the schedule of automated operations routines.
— Configure the application monitoring, recommend server resource adjustments based on application performance and peak load times.
— Prepare reports for the management
