3+ years of experience in software engineering as a Business or Functional Analyst
In-depth experience with identifying and understanding user and business needs and behaviors in both B2B and B2C environments
Experience in business, systems, and engineering process modeling
Experience with analyzing the operational flow of existing products and identifying areas in need of improvement
Collaboration skills and a proven ability to work with domain and technical experts to understand problems and propose solutions
Experience with a broad range of methods and tools, including use cases, user stories, process models, data models, and scenarios
Familiarity with web, desktop, and mobile software architecture principles
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Advanced written and verbal English
Intermediate or higher German is a plus
Bachelor or MSc degree in computer science, finance, or related field.

About the Project
The customer is a leading supplier of IT solutions for government and NGOs in Switzerland and Lichtenstein. It is an innovative supplier of modern and effective IT-solutions in Switzerland with ambitions to expand its activities to other areas of Western and Southern Europe. Miratech is engaged in the project of full-cycle software application development in the Tax administration domain area (“from scratch” product for tax assessment). Miratech will use Agile approach to deliver the project.
