We are looking for an IT Recruiter who enjoys working with strong technical roles and international clients.
What You’ll Do
- Source and hire IT specialists across different seniority levels and domains
- Conduct pre-screening calls and HR interviews (including in English)
- Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle — from first contact to onboarding
- Post and promote vacancies on job boards, LinkedIn, and professional communities
- Track IT market trends and maintain a structured candidate pipeline
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- English level B2+ with proven experience interviewing in English
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.)
- Understanding of the IT market and candidate psychology
- Motivation to grow professionally toward HR Generalist / HR Director roles
