Requirements:

• 3+ years of managing web development projects, 6+ years of total software experience;
• technical understanding of web development practices;
• experience in working on blockchain-related projects;
• understanding project management tools and processes;
• knowledge of methodologies and life cycle of software development;
• knowledge of registration of technical specifications (building models, processes and structures, prototypes of the user interface, scenarios of use);
• being able to analyze risks and problem areas, offer improvement;
• experience in maintaining software development life cycle;
• experience in using various task tracking systems;
• strong written and verbal communication skills;
• English at upper Intermediate level.

Responsibilities:

• maintain project documentation;
• gather requirements for decentralized web projects;
• make plans and project estimation;
• break projects down into tasks and sprints, prioritize and distribute them to the team;
• track the progress of tasks, the status of projects;
• track team and customer satisfaction;
• provide the management with reports on the progress of the project.
