Mindy Support’s team is looking for a Business Development Manager with experience working with the European and American markets.
We are a global company for data annotation and business process outsourcing, trusted by several Fortune 500 and GAFAM companies, as well as innovative startups. With 9 years of experience under our belt and offices and representatives in Cyprus, Poland, Romania, The Netherlands, India, and Ukraine, Mindy Support’s team now stands strong with 2000+ professionals helping companies with their most advanced data annotation challenges.
We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
— Executing business development and sales plans and identifying routes to reach them;
— Identifying market opportunities through market research, meetings, networking and other channels;
— Evaluating inbound & outbound inquiries, converting them to leads;
— Building positive relationships with leads and converting them to clients;
— Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies;
— Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings\online conferences;
— Producing reports for management;
— Analyzing project requirements from leads and finding out solutions to execute projects;
— Arranging and managing of pilots\POCs for leads;
— Administrating the route of the lead in the pipeline from a stage of an inquiry to signing a contract.
Requirements:
English — Advanced +
Work experience from 2 years (B2B direction);
Excellent communication skills, attentiveness, analytical thinking;
