Mindly is a dynamic and rapidly growing startup dedicated to making mental healthcare accessible to everyone in the world. In just 2 years, Mindly has become one of the leaders in Europe in the mental healthcare space, with over 600,000 clients and 4000 therapists across the globe. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team.
Position Overview: Financial Manager will serve as a strategic partner for the CEO, be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of Mindly, with a particular focus on financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting and the implementation and management of automated accounting and financial reporting systems, as well as overseeing legal compliance with EU and international tax regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
- Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain automated financial reporting systems to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.
2. Reporting and Compliance:
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory financial statements and tax returns.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and reporting.
3. Bookkeeping and Accounting:
- Managing a team who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bookkeeping and accounting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting
- Background from one of the Big Four or from top Investment banks or Management Consulting firms will be a plus.
- Prior experience from EU or US high growth companies will be a huge plus.
- Be very hands-on.
- Fluent English is a must.
