Lead Generation / Outreach specialist / SDR (вакансія неактивна)

Looking for a rock-star, who likes to work with well-organized outbound campaigns and channels. A person who likes to experiment, always looking for new approaches and improvements.

It will be easy to work with us because we have well-developed outbound channels: several Linkedin accs, several emails domains and accounts on it, a lot of tools — which will help to bring you a predicted number of MQLs, SQLs.

Our LeadGen department is built on our many years of expertise, as well as market leaders’ tips and growth hacks.

As a member of the MindK team you will:

  • Process supplied ICP and make sure the data from conducted lead research matches main criteria;
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-ups to move opportunities through the sales funnel;
  • Set up and manage email / LinkedIn campaigns by using automation tools (linkedHelper, Lemlist, Apollo, etc.) and deliverability;
  • Improve and create new email/LinkedIn scripts;
  • Use and test new automation tools like LinkedHelper, Lemlist, Reply.io, etc. ( We are happy to adopt tools that you like to work with);
  • Maintain the CRM to keep all the information up-to-date;
  • Lead Lead Generation and Research Teams;
  • Work with the Sales Team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals;
  • Think outside the box and have a passion for testing new outreach approaches.

Our perfect candidate has:

  • 2+ years experience in the IT services industry;
  • In love with Lead Generation and understand its importance for the sales process;
  • Experience with LeadGen automation tools and sales channels (Lemlist, Linkedhelper, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email outbound outreach);
  • English: Upper-intermediate (B2) and higher.
