Project Description
We’re developing a SaaS solution for Nordic region-based communities that helps our clients in members, courses management, related invoicing, and reporting. Each customer gets a responsive and customizable design, GDPR-compliance features, two-factor authentication, and a full pack of CRM-like features. The solution provides an easy way to engage community members into organizations’ events and activities, maintains different payment channels, and a variety of external integrations. The system supports the complete invoicing cycle adopted for Nordic region laws and collects the data into a bunch of reports for ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap in close cooperation with the product owner;
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive product growth;
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements using creating and management of product and sprint backlogs;
- Conduct the requirements workshops with the stakeholders;
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact;
- Manage the requirements throughout the whole sprint including the conduction of the backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review sessions;
- Work closely with an engineering team to deliver valuable, feasible, and usable solutions;
- Represent the company by contacting customers to solicit feedback on the products and services under development.
Requirements & Experience:
Experience:
- Min 3 years of BA experience in IT outsourcing companies.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Advanced English Language level;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Keen attention to detail;
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business languages;
- Strong customer service orientation;
- Ability to organize your daily routines and team work remotely.
Hard Skills:
- Strong theoretical knowledge in the business analysis area and sound practical experience in business and solution requirements management;
- Good knowledge and practical use of various business analyst techniques and tools, such as:
- backlog management,
- user stories & acceptance criteria,
- use cases,
- UML diagrams,
- BPMN 2.0 notation,
- requirements prioritization techniques,
- stakeholders management techniques, etc.
- Good knowledge and practical experience in conducting discovery activities.
Will be an advantage:
- Technical background;
- Previous BA experience working with B2B products;
- Experience with invoicing and payment solutions.
