MindHunt is a recruitment and executive search agency that helps companies from the US, Europe, Japan and Australia hire specialists and managers in Ukraine, the UK and Europe.

We work according to two models: a recruiting subscription for permanent hiring of middle-senior level specialists and retained executive search for CTO, VP Engineering and other management positions. Each placement is accompanied by a replacement guarantee (90 days for executive search), and a typical search closes in 21–45 days.

Our team includes a Claude Certified Architect — this gives us specialized expertise in finding and assessing AI/ML engineers, a niche that most generalist agencies do not cover. We are based in Kyiv, working remotely with candidates throughout Ukraine.
