Duties and responsibilities:
— Process customer orders/exchanges/returns/reimbursements/cancellations according to established department policies and procedures
— Provide customers with timely and accurate information via phone and email regarding order status and product knowledge inquiries
— Book and manage trunk show and loaner programs
— Work closely with Logistics, Accounting and Sales Departments for shipping, payments, and service solutions
— Support the learning and development of the sales team
— Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
— Track and report all sales activities
— Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
