Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Manufacturing Recruiter to support the rapid growth of our Manufacturing division by attracting and hiring top talent across production, technical, and operational roles.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ensuring an efficient and high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will work closely with production leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to build strong talent pipelines and maintain consistent hiring momentum while upholding high standards of candidate quality and cultural fit.
The ideal candidate combines strong sourcing expertise, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to successfully manage multiple vacancies simultaneously under tight timelines and evolving business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for manufacturing and production positions (from high-volume hiring of assemblers/operators to filling critical engineering and management roles)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
- Build and execute effective sourcing strategies using Boolean Search, job platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate and drive recruitment processes efficiently, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical fit, motivation, and alignment with company culture
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment analytics within ATS and internal systems
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism throughout all hiring stages, including NDA-bound and sensitive searches when required
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in-house or within fast-paced agency environments
- Proven experience hiring for manufacturing, production, engineering, or other technical roles
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, including advanced Boolean Search techniques
- Ability to manage multiple open vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously
- Experience working in dynamic, rapidly scaling environments with changing hiring demands
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset
- Experience using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics
- English level: Intermediate or higher
Nice to Have:
- Experience recruiting for Defense, Aerospace, Security, or hardware-focused technology companies
- Understanding of the Ukrainian and Eastern European manufacturing and technical talent markets
- Experience supporting high-growth production environments or operational scaling initiatives
- Familiarity with startup or dual-use technology environments
