Must have skills:
— 3+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruiting
— Experience with sourcing tools, working knowledge of various sourcing techniques and processes to attract qualified candidates
— Understanding of the industry and constant learning
— Strong written and communication skills
— Upper-intermediate+ level of English
— Great inter-personal skills

Responsibilities:
— Filling vacancies efficiently and timely
— Working closely with senior management and technical leaders to ensure current and future personnel requirements are identified, documented and met
— Screening candidates for vacant positions, conducting initial interviews to identify qualified candidates
— Choosing the best sourcing tools and techniques
— Providing hiring recommendations
— Preparing offers
