— Good level of written and spoken English
— You’re used to communicating with clients and you’re sales oriented
— Has min. 3 years previous experience from IT recruitment or similar work
— Some experience in managing other team members
— Is willing to learn, develop and grow with the position
— Strong interest working with technology companies
— The right attitude to make things happen
— Good problem solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations

— You will be hands on with recruiting; creating job posts, screening and interviewing candidates

— In some cases you will be the first point of contact for our clients
— Eventually you will build your own team of recruiters and manage them

With an increasing demand for remote developers we are looking for a Head of Recruitment. We are looking for a business-minded recruitment professional to join our studio in Lviv. Your job will be to help European startups find great development talent to join their teams. You will be working together with companies across all stages of recruiting and building great development teams for them. You will work closely with our Head of Studio, Managing Partner and other recruiters.
