We are looking for a full-time Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring.

Requirements:

  • Aggressive, fast-paced, have a solid professional work ethic, and be driven!
  • Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be hungry to learn, grow, and build a great career.
  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of recruiting resources.
  • Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess a person’s experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Source active and passive candidates for a variety of professional positions.
  • Build relationships with team leads to understand hiring needs.
  • Create a pipeline of candidates with the aim of decreasing time to fill and increasing the quality of hires.
  • Write and post job advertisements.
  • Maintain accuracy of reporting and analyze various metrics to make recommendations for talent acquisition improvements.
  • Additional duties and projects as assigned.
