This position is responsible for the support of day-to-day operations in the areas of SAP MES; it also assists in delivering new processes and functions as part of ongoing business process improvement projects. This position requires on-site presence up to 80%.

Skills and experience:

• 1 year of experience in configuration and support of MES or SAP PP Module.
• Experience with SAP S/4 Hana (1809+).
• Experience of working with distributed, multilingual teams.
• Practical experience of working with ticket management tools (Jira, SolMan, etc.).
• Experience in FMCG, CPG, Retail, Pharma industry is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge in PLC programming and fieldbuses.
• Knowledge of standards in the area of industrial automation (ISA 95, ISA 88, IEC 62433, ISA 99).

Desired profile:

• Supporting and developing MES Functionality (Meat & Fish Management and custom solutions for livestock management).
• Managing incident and service requests according to ITIL process guidelines, 2nd level support.
• Supporting interface/configuration of Message Broker/ActiveMQ for MES integration with enterprise systems such as SAP and EWM.
• Providing hypercare for rollouts of MES implementation pilots to new sites and working on enhancements for the live sites.
• Troubleshooting customer-reported issues and assisting users with day-to-day production support.
• Demonstrating continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes.
