Primary requirements:
— 3+ years of experience as Product designer;
— Strong research, UX and UI skills;
— UX expertise, specifically in translating business requirements and user needs into strong UX strategy;
— Understanding of target audiences’ behavior, needs, tasks, and goals and ability to translate them into creative concepts;
— Create IA, user flows;
— Ability to build complex and scalable design systems, supporting product growth and development for future iterations;
— Passion for pixel-perfect interface design;
— Great design taste and up-to-date with the latest UI trends and techniques;
— Always ready to learn and improve;
— B2 and above level of English.

Will be an advantage:
— Experience working on design systems;
— Experience with A/B testing.

Responsibilities:
— Translate strategic direction and UX prototypes into high-quality design solutions;
— Designing websites, mobile and desktop applications;
— Preparation of wireframes based on technical documentation;
— Redesign of existing internal company projects;
— Creation of interactive prototypes;
— Promote a culture of empathy for the end-user, as seen through the focus on business objectives.
