Your main duties are:
— Full-cycle recruitment across MGID’s global junior roles (EMEA, and APAC or LATAM regions);
— Scaling and improving recruitment department’s policies and operations for international hiring;
— ATS operations and data collection;
You fit these requirements:
— Around 1 year of experience in recruitment (business development/marketing roles preferred);
— Previous experience in an international environment (can be non-work related);
— Experience with direct search;
— Good understanding of recruitment practices;
— High-level communication skills and ethics.
