Your main duties are:
— As the Chief Solutions Architect you are expected to work closely as a member of the Executive Management team to create the innovation vision and to develop and manage new solutions and their implementation to address business challenges. Your main duties includes but not limited to:
— Provide technical vision and direction;
— Set up and develop the solution development team;
— Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution and exploration of solution alternatives;
— Develop and maintain current and future architecture;
— Work with Product and Solution Management to determine the capacity allocation for enablement work;
— Plan and develop the Architectural Runway in support of new business Features and Capabilities;
— Develop and maintain an aspirational architectural road map;
— Initiate and deliver architectural programs that align IT with business strategy;
— Work with portfolio stakeholders, notably the Enterprise Architect, to develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of enabler epics;
— Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning and Pre- and Post-PI Planning, System and Solution Demos, and Inspect and Adapt (I&A) events;
— Define, explore, and support the implementation of enablers to evolve solution intent;
— Establish critical NFRs for the solution and participate in the definition of others;
— Identify architectural risks and propose alternatives and solutions;
— Support technology/engineering aspects of program and solution Kanbans;
— Develop, communicate, and deploy Architecture processes;
— Selection and use tools and repositories to collect and manage architecture information and artifacts.

— Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field;
— Strong knowledge of engineering and software architecture design, IT infrastructure and cloud development, DevOps;
— Paradigm & Principles;
— Database theory;
— Code testing practices;
— Algorithms;
— Architectural & Enterprise Patterns;
— Design patterns;
— Deployment patterns;
— Security patterns, computer security and networking vulnerability;
— Understanding of network interactions and protocols, conventions;
— Understanding of containerization and orchestration;
— Good business consulting and communication skills;
