Requirements:
— 4+ years of experience in similar position;
— Experience in native advertising;
— Experience in working with premium content websites, media, or networks;
— Experience in daily monitoring, analyzing, optimizing publishers’ ad campaigns;
— Strong management skills;
— Deep understanding of Eastern personality type and mentality;
— Ability and desire to learn fast and always improve the knowledge received;
— Ability to dedicate your time and effort to the work you’re doing always meeting the deadlines.
— Fluent English;
— Native Ukrainian or Russian.

Will be a plus:
— Ability and desire for possible relocation.

Responsibilities:
— Managing three teams of account managers who are working for APAC region (Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand), 8 people in total;
— Setting the goals for the teams, tracking their everyday workflow and assuring meeting the deadlines;
— Assuring all the unit procedures are precisely followed, still there is a possibility to adapt them to the needs of Asian market;
— Supervising the pitching process of different ad formats, company’s new solutions;
— Maintaining the high level of dedication of the team members, constantly developing their skillset.
