Your main duties are:
— Strategic development of existing HR functions, expansion of current resources and discovering new approaches;
— Creating a roadmap for the next iteration and implementation phase of our HR processes improvement;
— Working with department heads and team leaders to set up relevant KPIs and revamp bonus systems;
— Building a new adaptation process for new hires, setting up a goal-based trial system for maximizing productivity and success of incoming employees in the first 3 months;
— Consulting on key talent acquisition evaluations and decision-making;
— Expanding the existing process documentation and reporting practice;
— Working with internal employee surveys and overall team health improvement;
— Creating and maintaining an effective employee motivation process;
— Managing office facilities improvement as we move into a new space through 2020;
— Generating ideas for team-building and corporate events.

You fit these requirements:
— 5+ years of experience in HR;
— 1+ year of experience in a management capacity with a proven track record of success;
— Understanding of HR best practices, modern approaches, and cutting-edge tools;
— Flawless communication skills and champion of the people attitude;
— Well-versed in conflict resolution and negotiations;
— Able to build credibility with internal and external stakeholders;
— Business acumen and understanding the organization and the evolution of its business;
— Goal-oriented, with the ability to use data to prove your case;
— Software development industry experience will be a plus;
— At least B2 English, both written and verbal
