Your main duties are:
— Full-cycle recruitment across MGID’s global presence (initially Kyiv & ASEAN countries);
— Scaling and improving recruitment department’s policies and operations;
— Data collection and analytics.
You fit these requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in recruitment (tech and business roles);
— Previous experience with hiring for ASEAN locations (Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia);
— Experience with direct search and headhunting;
— Understanding recruitment’s best practices;
— Highly skilled in candidate selection, interviewing, negotiations and closing;
— Well-versed in modern recruitment tools;
— High-level communication skills and ethics.
You possess these advantages:
— Prior experience hiring for AdTech/MarTech;
— Prior agency experience;
— Prior experience with hiring for ASEAN (primary), LATAM or US (secondary).
