Our client develops a comprehensive US real estate platform that streamlines the entire real estate journey through property search, personalized client engagement, transaction management, digital contract signing, and post-sale concierge services.
We are looking for a self-driven and proactive QA Engineer who enjoys working in a startup, dynamic product development environment and has a strong sense of ownership — including proactive problem-solving, balancing quality and delivery trade-offs, improving testing approaches and processes, and closely collaborating with Product Owners and the engineering team.

Core Responsibilities
- Create and maintain QA standards, policies and error reporting methodology
- Collaborate closely with Product Owner (client) and Software Engineers to understand the business and technical aspects of features for effective quality assurance
- Analyze user stories and acceptance criteria to identify any specification gaps
- Design and execute comprehensive test cases aligned with defined requirements
- Create test cases in Testomat, creating and support of checklists
- Conduct and coordinate testing product increments
- Perform comprehensive manual regression testing, exploratory testing, and smoke testing
- Provide recommendations for software and product improvements
- Validate user experience across various browsers and web applications
- Participate in Scrum events
- Ensure traceability of test results
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA of software products
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in API testing and understanding of RESTful services
- Experience with test case management tools and bug tracking systems
- Experience querying SQL databases for test data preparation and verification
- Experience with QA standards, design and implementation
- Experience implementing and analyzing quality metrics
- Experience with manual testing of iOS and Android mobile applications.
- Experience with test automation will be a plus.
- Understand and test system integrations, including data flow between services and third-party APIs
- Collaborate with product teams to build quality into requirements
- Experience working directly with the client and their representatives
- Proactively identify potential risks and suggest mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in QA coverage and efficiency
- Ability to mentor team members on quality best practices and testing approaches
- Experience working in QA teams with instant collaboration
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with a distributed team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
