We are a software development company looking for a content writer who can turn expert knowledge into strong, useful content people actually want to read and respond to.
We don’t want to contribute to the growing amount of junk content on the internet. We want this content to be useful, high-quality, and, as a result, bring leads to the company.
We publish content for a US B2B audience on topics like Agentic AI, healthcare data and FHIR infrastructure, software support, technical due diligence, product engineering, and other technical or domain-heavy areas. Our work sits at the intersection of software and business.

What you’ll do
- Write long-form blog content for MEV’s website on technical and domain-specific topics across all stages of the marketing funnel — from awareness-stage to consideration and decision-stage content.
- Research technical and domain-specific topics deeply before writing
- Interview internal experts and turn their input into clean articles
- Write for a US B2B audience in natural, fluent English
- Work with design on article visuals: suggest what images or diagrams are needed, where they should appear, and prepare clear briefs
- Publish articles in Webflow, format content using basic HTML when needed (e.g., tables or simple interactive elements like forms)
- Repurpose and adapt content for external publications and partner sites
- Look for guest posting and content placement opportunities in relevant niches
- Support LinkedIn content creation based on articles, insights, and expert input
- Wisely improve content for SEO and LLM discoverability
- Rewrite and improve existing content when needed
- Come up with ideas that will fill the gaps in our content strategy, or that will truly appeal to our ICP
Who we’re looking for
- You have experience writing for software companies or technical B2B services (please include examples of relevant content review, 3–5 best writing samples)
- You understand how software development works well enough to ask smart questions and catch weak explanations
- You have strong experience writing for the US market
- Your English reads like it was written by a native speaker
- You know how to make technical material readable
- You are a strong researcher
- You can interview engineers or technical experts and get useful material from them
- You have taste and judgment
- You notice and hate AI-smelling text
- You can bring personality into the writing when it fits: a bit of humor, a bit of edge
- You care whether content performs
- You can empathize with the reader (ICP)
Big pluses
- Experience with SEO for B2B service companies
- Experience repurposing content into LinkedIn posts, guest articles, or lead-gen assets
- Familiarity with LLM-oriented content optimization
What success looks like
- You can take a complex topic, do the research, interview the right person, and produce an article that is clear, credible, and worth reading
- The piece sounds human and useful
- It fits our audience and helps move the business forward
- Content gets a response and helps us to bring in leads
Our benefits:
- No micromanagement
- Freedom to engage in decision-making and implementation
