We’re looking for a Business Analyst who will help us continuously improve our internal processes and internal tools that support daily operations across the company.
You will work across:
- Internal initiatives: business process optimization inside the company (HR, marketing, finance, admin as needed)
- Internal products: improving tools that are used in day-to-day work (HR, staffing, absence management tools)
Your impact:
- Reduced operational friction by simplifying workflows and removing bottlenecks across operational processes
- Faster request-to-delivery cycle for internal improvements via clear requirements, high backlog quality, and refinements
Scope of tasks and ownership:

- Turn requests into Jira-ready user stories with acceptance criteria, business rules, and edge cases
- Analyze current behavior, identify impact (users/roles, data, reports, integrations), and propose a practical solution
- Run refinement discussions and align on scope with the development team
- Maintain backlog health: remove duplicates, split oversized items, add dependencies, keep items meeting Definition of Ready
- Document and maintain key artifacts in Confluence: process flows, rules/definitions, decision logs, and change notes
- Requests prioritization: help stakeholders choose what ships next
- Contribute to internal initiatives: map processes, identify bottlenecks, work on optimization changes
- Help team understand product’s vision and stakeholder’s needs
- Facilitating meetings with stakeholders
What You’ll need:
