Our client is a U.S.-based platform that helps businesses outsource their customer support through a mix of automation and a global network of AI-enabled agents. The system connects companies (Clients) with freelance Experts who resolve customer inquiries, while internal Specialists manage ticket queues and platform operations.
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support the platform’s scaling and active development. You’ll work on improving infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and system reliability to ensure smooth operations for a rapidly growing product that has evolved from a startup into an enterprise-level solution.
Team composition: 6 SE, 3 QA, Delivery Manager, DevOps
The role offers a flexible working schedule, with occasional meetings scheduled between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM (UTC+2).
Scope of tasks and ownership:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure systems
- Automate provisioning and deployment pipelines using best practices
- Develop and support CI/CD processes
- Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions
- Ensure system security and compliance in collaboration with software and security teams
- Participate in capacity planning and scaling of cloud infrastructure
- Contribute to evolving DevOps practices through research and documentation
What You’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps role
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems administration
- Advanced scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Grafana, Dynatrace, CloudWatch)
- Experience with databases and queue administration
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Upper-Intermediate English level minimum
