Our client is a U.S.-based platform that helps businesses outsource their customer support through a mix of automation and a global network of AI-enabled agents. The system connects companies (Clients) with freelance Experts who resolve customer inquiries, while internal Specialists manage ticket queues and platform operations.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support the platform’s scaling and active development. You’ll work on improving infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and system reliability to ensure smooth operations for a rapidly growing product that has evolved from a startup into an enterprise-level solution.

Team composition: 6 SE, 3 QA, Delivery Manager, DevOps

The role offers a flexible working schedule, with occasional meetings scheduled between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM (UTC+2).

Scope of tasks and ownership:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure systems
  • Automate provisioning and deployment pipelines using best practices
  • Develop and support CI/CD processes
  • Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions
  • Ensure system security and compliance in collaboration with software and security teams
  • Participate in capacity planning and scaling of cloud infrastructure
  • Contribute to evolving DevOps practices through research and documentation

What You’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps role
  • Strong background in CI/CD pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems administration
  • Advanced scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
  • Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Grafana, Dynatrace, CloudWatch)
  • Experience with databases and queue administration
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Upper-Intermediate English level minimum
