Scope of tasks and ownership:
- Full recruitment cycle, from the job description and sourcing to hiring
- Search for talents using several channels
- Interview candidates to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to position requirements
- Coordinate all interview stages
- Closing 2-3 and more technical vacancies per month
- Maintain active communication with candidates at all stages
What You’ll need:
- At least 0,5 years of experience in IT recruitment (handling technical positions)
- Understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process
- Understanding of software development domain (programming languages, frameworks, methodologies)
- Experience in conducting full-fledged interviews to identify motivations and values
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Upper intermediate English and above (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with teamwork experience
- A high level of EQ and open-mindedness
- Experience in international recruitment, especially in European countries, will be a plus
- Knowledge of Polish will be a plus
