We are looking for UX/UI Designer to work on outsourcing projects from pre-sale stage to production release.
Scope of tasks and ownership:
- Learning about and understanding complex domains;
- Collaborate with both internal and client teams to understand and define problems that will drive product design solutions;
- Communicate the design solutions as a story while also highlighting both the user and business value;
- Devise UX & UI strategies that address the unique business needs and audiences for each project;
- Adapt the design process to meet the specific time and budgetary restrictions of each project;
- Designing software products (UI) with consideration of UX best practices;
- Identifying the needs of users and customers (participating in client calls);
- Close communication with the development team (PO/DEV/QA);
- Preparation and presentation of solutions (prototyping, design specifications, etc.);
- Creating and presenting functional prototypes;
- Support of the development team;
- Creating user personas;
- Defining user problems & user stories;
- Journey & flow mapping;
- Leading discovery with new clients.
What You’ll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in the development of web interfaces and mobile apps;
- Portfolio availability;
- Prior experience designing both enterprise-level software and consumer products;
- Comfortable working in Figma, Sketch and related design tools
- Understanding the principles of building interfaces (UX/UI);
- A strong grasp of design thinking methodology and product development process;
- Ability to implement the idea of a functioning UI and UX;
- Familiarity with the Android/iOS guideline;
- Ability to communicate design concepts and ideas to the team;
- Creative thinking, good taste and a good sense of composition;
- Ability to formulate and be able to challenge decisions;
- Willingness to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, handling multiple projects with tight deadlines;
- Comfort leading extensive discovery and design discussions in English.
