This project is a leading local real estate marketplace, providing comprehensive for-sale listings and allows our client to stay on top of change in modern technologies.
It is a long-term project, which is featured by the creation of consumer-facing, highly complex web front-ends.
Key functionalities:
— Flexible search and filters in the MLS listing database;
— 3rd party integrations;
— Maps and geolocation search;
— Responsive design.
Scope of tasks and ownership:
- Executing the role of the Team Level РО;
- Continuous communication with the client, identifying needs and problems;
- Solution making;
- Tasks prioritization
- Putting features ideas & improvements to the RoadMap
- Epics, user stories, and documentation creating
- Supporting the team and communicating the client’s vision to the team
- Participation and facilitation of scrum ceremonies;
- Facilitating meetings with the client;
- Conducting technical design sessions;
- Getting the backlog to a „ready for development” state.
What You’ll need:
- 2+ years of Business Analyst experience in the IT field;
- Ability to work with complicated business logic;
- Ability to analyze the problem and offer a solution;
- Good understanding of software development methodologies;
- Solid understanding of SDLC;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work without supervision;
- Experience with the real estate domain or with web SaaS-based products will be a plus;
- Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English.
