Senior Python Developer

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer who will join a team of our partner, Pypestream, and work with them directly.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in software development / engineering
• 5-7 years of experience writing production level Python code
• Experience in TDD and Unit Testing on the Python Platform
• Experience in machine learning algorithm development preferred
• Experience in Messaging/Chatbot space is a plus
• Fluency in English and a good communicator both orally and in writing
• Have what it takes to break new ground and implement radical innovation, facing skepticism, incumbent conservatism, and strong resistance to change in general — with a positive, constructive approach and attitude.
• knowledge of machine learning, statistics, or optimization preferred
• Solid understanding of SQL and databases
• Frameworks: SQLAlchemy, Alembic, Flask
