We’re now looking for a Community Growth Manager — someone who is passionate about SMM, thinks in results, and knows how to turn community engagement into leads.
🚀 In this role, you will be at the heart of Merchanto.org’s growth.
You’ll work with non-trivial SMM channels and approaches on Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn & Facebook groups and more. Primary domains will be eCommerce, Fintech, and Digital Services. The main goal will be direct to them with a clear explanation on how our solutions solve real business pain.
Responsibilities
- Daily engagement in Reddit, Shopify Forum, and LinkedIn etc. etc.
- Respond to questions, give advice, and participate in discussions related to chargebacks, fraud, payments, and e-commerce
- Interact with posts (comments, reactions, discussions) to build organic visibility
- Handle inbound messages and direct interested users to book a call with sales team
- Monitor discussions and identify opportunities to join conversations
- Help create a simple content plan for community and LinkedIn activity
- Write short comment sequences / DM sequences for outreach and replies
- Track engagement and community feedback
- Work with AI tools (Claude / ChatGPT) to draft responses, research discussions, and scale community engagement
Requirements
- English C1, confident in professional business and community informal communication;
- Understanding of the marketing approach and sales skills;
- Results-driven mindset;
- Ability to explain business terms in simple words;
Nice to have
- 0-1 year of B2B\B2C marketing or sales experience with proven results;
- Hands-on SMM experience in IT, Fintech, Finance, or Affiliate industries;
