We are a fast-growing Ukrainian IT product company that builds B2B fintech solutions in partnership with Visa, MasterCard, and other industry leaders. Our products are trusted by top companies across the US and Europe, and we’re expanding our global reach.

✅We are looking for an Experienced Lead Generation Manager to join our global team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation for US/EU markets.
  • Specific focus on Spain and LATAM countries, understanding of regional business culture, key industries, and decision-maker profiles is a strong advantage
  • Spanish language skills (A2+) and/or physical presence in Spain or LATAM region is a strong advantage
  • Must-have expertise with LinkedHelper for LinkedIn automation, including managing and optimizing 20+ LinkedIn accounts simultaneously.
  • Proven track record in LinkedIn outreach strategy, funnel management, and KPI-driven performance improvement.
  • Strong experience with cold email automation tools, specifically Snov.io and Instantly, for prospecting, validation, and campaign execution.
  • Proven experience setting up and managing multiple domains and mailboxes for cold email.
  • Practical experience with Apify (for data scraping & enrichment) and Make.com (for workflow automation and integrations).
  • Advanced skills in data research, database building, and enrichment using websites, directories, and sales intelligence platforms.
  • Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools for reporting and process tracking.
  • Technical curiosity or a basic background in IT/automation is a strong plus.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (written) for effective communication with global stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Search websites and databases to find potential clients based on clear criteria
  • Plan and run LinkedIn campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales opportunities
  • Manage multiple LinkedIn accounts using LinkedHelper
  • Analyze and report on LinkedIn key performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and channel performance
  • Launch and monitor email campaigns across multiple inboxes
  • Work closely with the Sales team to optimize lead flow
  • Explore and implement AI & automation tools to make your lead generation process more efficient
