MEGAVAST is seeking a Project Manager Assistant to join our team in Kyiv. In this role, you will assist in managing our ongoing projects, ensuring they are successfully completed on time and meet all requirements. You will collaborate with various teams and departments to achieve the set goals.

Requirements:
- Completed higher education.
- Experience in a project management role, leadership position, or any role involving daily communication and managing the workflow of other employees will be a plus.
- Understanding of basic task management principles and knowledge of popular project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Ability to learn quickly based on feedback.
- A passion for continuous development and improving professional skills.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently completing tasks and addressing issues considering their importance and deadlines for each project.
- Monitoring task progress and team members deadlines.
- Attending daily and weekly meetings to track task execution and understand the status of task completion by team members.
- Delegating tasks from the manager to responsible employees and controlling task execution.
- Identifying risks associated with task completion by the team, tracking missed deadlines, and determining the causes of any difficulties encountered.
- Reporting to the main manager regarding the project and task status, discussing goals and issues to resolve them promptly.
